More Pictures In The Patch...

Wardrobe change. This is one of my favorite outfits- given to Amelia by Grandma and Grandpa Aellig. It's size 3 months and will be too small soon. Also, I thought the green would be so pretty against the orange pumpkins. I had to get some pictures of her in it and this was perfect!

Just Another Punkin' In The Patch...

Lots of cute ones in the bunch, but (of course) I only got one smile. She smiles and giggles so much for us at home, but when the camera comes out, all she can do is stare blankly. Ha ha!

We won't be making another trip to the pumpkin patch any time soon. Amelia woke up twice last night (can't remember the last time she did that) and was stuffy and sneezy all day. Hay fever? I was so hoping she wouldn't inherit my allergies, but they are already starting- at 4 months!

It's Been A Month? What the...

I'm shocked to see that it's been almost an entire month since I've posted anything to this blog.

Well, the Halloween costumes are all shipped out. (I made 200 costumes in 2 months this year!) Our house is in the process of recovering from tornado activity. And, Amelia has gotten really good at taking regular naps over the past month.

Point being- I'll just slip right back into this and you'll never know we were gone.

Here's a little something to wet your whistle...

(Yep, I know. She's naked again.)

Mimi Vs. the Play Mat: Round #4...

Ah, the agony of defeat.

She's down for the count but she put up a good fight.

It's Just Like Lookin' In A Mirror...

This picture almost took my breath away. I had seen that face someplace before.

Oh, wait. It's me. The poor kid is starting to look just like me.

For some reason, the whole time I was pregnant, I never thought Amelia would really look like me. I guess I just assumed she would take after Kenny. He's the one with the dark (supposedly dominant) features. She was born with his hair and his nose and his dimples. Why would she ever end up with my face? Genetics are a funny thing!
